On June 30, the 3 rd Steering Committee Meeting of the Erasmus + international project «Enhancement of Postgraduate Studies on Sustainable Agriculture and Future Farming Systems – SAGRIS». With the spread of COVID-19, the meeting was held online on the Zoom platform. Bogdashkina I. and Irgaliyeva G. took part from our university.
The following questions were discussed at the meeting: Overview of activities implemented in May – June 2020: review of established Module Working Groups, outcomes of the firs MWG meetings on 4 SAGRIS modules, presentation and discussion of the monitoring results; planning of further activities for elaboration of SAGRIS Modules: overview of time frame for module development, planning of the next Module Working Meetings (before and after the summer break); agreement on methodological procedures for new SAGRIS modules: discussion of recommendations of the National Erasmus+ Offices on methodology for new modules, review of comments on the module template, discussion of necessity for further methodological workshops and possibility of their integration into the project events; review of quality management plan: clarification of quality control tasks (in terms of internal and external evaluation), agreement on assigned responsibilities, review of the quality management plan in terms of measurable qualitative indicators.
