On May 15, KEEU held an online-meeting with university employers in the field of industrial automatization and robotics. The meeting was attended by the project partner of SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP represented by the Head of the Corporate University L. Olkinyan, the Head of the Personnel Training and Development Center M. Aubakirova, the Chief mechanic M. Shcherbakov, the Engineer S. Makayev, associates project partners President of the Kazakhstan Association of Automation and Robotics V. Turekhanov and Director of the training division of the Group of companies Festo AG & Co S. Kuskov. In addition to the partner organizations of the project, representatives of other enterprises of Kazakhstan took part in the meeting. During the meeting were discussed following questions: the skills and competencies necessary for graduates of the Industrial Automatization and Robotics educational program, the content of the educational program, the possibility and conditions for employers to participate in the dual educational program, the methodology of organizing dual training (the “university-enterprise” study scheme). A lot of work to develop mechanisms for interaction between enterprises and universities is to be done in Kazakhstan. The past meeting with employers is contribution to the development and strengthening of such cooperation.
